Short version: version 1.0.0 works locally, has no account, ads, analytics, or internet permission, and does not send files or usage data to the publisher.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Document Reader - File Manager, package com.aurora.store.debug, operated by MBU LOGISTICS LIMITED ("we," "us," or "the publisher") and published on Google Play under the developer name Nortnosk.
Information processed on the device
To provide reading and file-management features, the app reads file names, locations, sizes, modification dates, types, and the contents of files that you open. It can build an on-device format index and keep local lists of recent and favorite paths. Search words, reading preferences, and file-operation choices also remain on the device.
Documents received through Android's Open with or Share functions may be copied into a size-limited private cache so the app can read them locally. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes that cache and the app's preferences.
No publisher collection
This release does not request Android's INTERNET permission. It includes no advertising, analytics, telemetry, remote crash reporting, cloud conversion, user account, or developer API. Consequently, the publisher does not receive document contents, file metadata, identifiers, search activity, diagnostics, or usage history from the app.
All files access
Android's All files access is used because complete shared-storage browsing and organization are central functions. With your grant, the app can find supported files across folders and let you open, copy, move, rename, share, or delete the items you select. You can revoke this access in Android Settings; whole-storage features will then stop working.
APK installer access
If you tap an APK already stored on the device, the app first displays an explanation. If you continue, Android controls the "Allow from this source" setting and the final Install or Update confirmation. The selected local APK is exposed to Android's installer using a protected read-only URI. The app does not fetch packages, install in the background, or bypass Android's confirmation interface.
Actions you initiate with other apps
Sharing or opening a file outside this app invokes Android's chooser. The destination you select may process the chosen file under its own privacy policy. The publisher does not choose that destination and does not receive a copy.
Your controls
You can remove recent and favorite state by clearing app storage, remove cache copies by clearing the cache or uninstalling, revoke special access in Android Settings, and delete user files from the file cabinet. PDFs created with Page Forge stay in shared storage until you delete them.
Children
The app is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Policy changes
If a future release adds network features or changes how data is handled, this notice and the effective date will be updated before those practices apply.
